I'm Shaneef, founder of Activate Coaching and Consulting, where I partner with leaders and teams to create clarity, resilience and alignment.
With over 20 years experience leading multi-unit hospitality, retail and cosmetics operations, I've learned that systems, people, and purpose must move together. Alongside Activate, I co-lead Plantd Skincare and serve on both non-profit and for-profit boards. My role as an Organizational Coaching Educator at UBC allows me to bring academic rigour to real-world practice.
