Meet Shaneef Karmali COC, ACC (he/him)
I’m the founder of Activate Coaching and Consulting. I partner with leaders and leadership teams to build clarity, resilience, and alignment. My work integrates organizational development, emotional intelligence, systemic team coaching, and vertical development. I also co-lead a consumer brand and am an educator in UBC’s organizational coaching program, which keeps my approach grounded in stakeholder realities, operational pressures, and the human side of execution.
