Payment Policy

Payment is due upon full execution of the Agreement signed. You may remit payment via electronic payment of by cheque. Balances not paid within terms are subject to a 10% monthly financing fee. Any work requested by that is outside of the agreed-upon service (e.g. reviewing documents, assessments, reading or writing reports, engaging in other client-related services) or required to be done outside of working hours (9 am - 5 pm PST or on weekends/holiday) will be billed at an hourly rate of $250 CDN, billed in 60-minute increments.

You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to notify Activate Coaching and Consulting Inc. 48 hours in advance of any scheduled coaching sessions or meetings. We reserve the right to bill you in full for a missed session/meeting. We will attempt in good faith to reschedule any missed coaching sessions with you.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy

We provide one complimentary 30-minute discovery call to all new and prospective clients. These calls are provided in good faith and cannot be used multiple times or refunded in any way.
By signing an Agreement with Activate Coaching and Consulting Inc., you demonstrate your commitment to participating in the process and following through to its conclusion. However, in the event of unexpected events, in addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds will be considered on an individual basis, and at the discretion of Activate Coaching and Consulting Inc.


General Refund Guidelines:

  • Coaching Agreement: A Coaching Agreement may be refunded within 24 hours of your first session with your coach. A refund for the amount pertaining to the remaining sessions will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee.

  • Consulting Agreement: A Consulting Agreement may be refunded within 24 hours of you returning the fully executed Agreement. Any out-of-pocket expenses incurred will be your responsibility and will be subtracted from the invoice amount. The refund for the amount pertaining to the remaining contract will be issues, minus a 5% transaction fee.

Termination

You acknowledge that you may terminate the coaching / consulting relationship established under a signed agreement by providing two weeks' notice in writing to Activate Coaching and Consulting Inc.


You agree to compensate Activate Coaching and Consulting Inc. for all services rendered and expenses incurred through and including the effective date of termination of the coaching/consulting relationship.

Dispute Resolution

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved by mutual consent, Activate Coaching and Consulting Inc and you agree to attempt to mediate in good faith for up to 30 days after notice given. If the dispute is not so resolved, and in the event of legal action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover attorney's fees and court costs from the other party.
