What is Emotional Intelligence?
Emotional Intelligence (EI) is the ability to process information effectively, using self-awareness, intentionality, and purpose. It is a set of emotional and social skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way.

The EQ 360 Assessment
The EQ 360 Assessment, also known as a multi-rater assessment, provides a comprehensive view of an individual's emotional intelligence (EI) by combining their self-perception with feedback from others who know them well.
This multi-rater approach offers a 360-degree perspective on the individual's EI, enabling them to identify areas of strength and areas for improvement. With this information, individuals can develop targeted action plans to improve their EI and build better relationships with colleagues, friends, and family.
